To qualify for a return:

✅ Item must be returned in its original packaging.

❌ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used or damaged items caused by customer handling.
• Products returned without original packaging.
• Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless received damaged).

💰 REFUNDS

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

🔄 EXCHANGES

We only replace items if:

✅ The wrong product was delivered.

🚫 ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
